What did you apply it with and how did you apply it? Nothing is suppose to be applied to black paint in circular motions. Same goes for removal.

applied with fiber towel in circular motion. lukily i only did my fin. reccomendations on the proper way? and ty

Don't use rags, don't use too much pressure. Use an applicator that won't try to pick up dirt and move it around.
Also, clay bar first. |
Suggestion.... avoid turtle wax products at all costs (turtle turds)

I'd also recommend waxing right after you have washed the car to avoid rubbing contaminants around on the paint. The longer you wait after washing the more dust and dirt builds up on the paint's surface.
