but then i am looking forward to transformers :)

I loved that cartoon! Years ago they built that car and it was auctioned off at Barret Jackson. I think this was before Speed channle and I saw it on ESPN. And the guy that did Speed's voice drove it across the block.

Josh,

Speed Racer was in reruns in the 1980s (as well as the '70s) at least where I live.

And I know they re-released it as at lesat twice.

Speed racer was OK,but the "Wacky Races" were my favorite.Much funnier.Check out this site.http://www.hotink.com/wacky/
