Just got back from working out. Been a while since I actually ran a full mile. Probably about a year lol. Feels good to be active again. Hoping I'll have time to continue going every night for at least an hour or two. Going to write down a few goals and put them where I'll see them everyday. This method worked great in highschool.. definitely regret stopping it. Also, probably not the best idea to work out at 10 p.m. but its a lot less crowded so more time doing stuff and less standing around waiting, which I hate. Probably one of the reasons why I never went last semester.

Got a big project due tomorrow so I'm probably going to call it night for the forum. I could easily spend all night browsing the web but that 8 a.m. due date would only approach faster :eek: Probably won't have much time to check in tomorrow so...

Nice sig Justin. I'm on lunch break at work. Something I've been doing lately any time I'm waiting on a seat is just do some pushups. the isometric variety to be exact. Go down, stay down for 5 seconds, back up, and that's one rep. I just keep doing it till I have a seat to work on and on my last rep I hold it for 10 seconds. starting to see some of the definition return to my arms and chest. I should be able to max out my pushups on my next PT test in two months if I keep this up. It's a good way to pass the time when I have nothing to do. At some point I'll need to start getting back in the weight room too but for now this will do fine. May have to start doing more and/or longer reps too.

It is so freakin nice outside right now. I'm sitting in my truck relaxing and listening to the radio and it feels perfect. Hasn't cooled off as it has most nights. Still in the mid 60s.

I'll say hi when I get home but for now it's back to work I go after I go to the bathroom.

Good Morning! Record highs today and the next 2 days. 80's. At this rate the pool will be up and running, but something tells me it will hit the 50-6-'s again. Gonna for sure have to mow this weekend. All trees are blooming and flowers coming up. Gotta finish getting ready for work and head out. Have a great day.
