I instantly made my Monte a whole lot quieter, and improved my gas mileage yesterday. I took the snow tires off, and put my summer tires and junior rims back on. YAY!!! The snow tires suck the performance out of the car too.

On an unrelated note, I was talking to someone I know at a local Chevy dealer service department yesterday. They told me they hate changing supercharger oil. Said it stinks up their shop for two days. Kinda makes me want to make an appointment.

 

But they would probably charge like $100 to do it.

That's exactly what he said they charge. And changing the supercharger oil is not part of any maintenance package. Simply so they can charge an extra hundred, and (as mentioned) they hate the smell.

By the way, I'm not getting them to change my supercharger oil. It was just something that came up in a conversation.
