Good Sunday Morning everyone. Man I slept good last night. After being up 21 hrs. Sittting in the Sun most of the day and that WIND!!!
. Watching 3 baseball games in a dust bowl. BUT my Grand daughter's team won 1st place. Then after dinner went to see LAWLESS at the Movies. Got home and then watched BOSS on TV. Then we dragged ourselfs to bed. I was out when my head hit that pillow
. Now its a day of FOOTBALL and then work tonight. Ya know its not the same on here not seeing Space's comments and greeting in the morning. Hope he figures a way to get back on here soon. Ok shower and coffee time. More later. Thanks Mike for starting the Morning blog.

Morning all went to a car show yesterday and had a lot of fun. But first let me show you with a little exercise and staying on your diet can do.
