Couldn't see the milelage it was locked up. it's a 2004 no price sticker on it yet. Was in brand new just out of the factory condition. Not a stone chip or scratch on it. ;)

Yep, '63 was the only year of the split window. IIRC the front fender vents and badging don't look correct for it to be a '64, and the hood isn't correct for it to be a '67. I'm thinking it's a '66. No matter what year it is definitely a sweet 'vette!

Lot closed - Winning bid:$110,700

Many people have speculated over the years what Slash, would look like without all that hair. One way to catch a glimpse might have been to steal a glance at him driving down Sunset, windows down in his 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Sports Coupe. What else would you expect this riff lord who is one of the greatest electric guitarist in the world to drive? Nothing says hard core rock-n-roll like classic American muscle.
After Larry Shinoda originally penned the car's design, Bill Mitchell introduced the world to Chevrolet's most iconic styling of the Corvette with his design, the Stingray, in 1963. Corvettes have always been sexy and Slash's is no exception with its custom power bulge hood, which was taken from the '67 model, that hints at the big block engine that lurks beneath. Slash's Black '66 is equipped with a big block 427 cubic inch V-8 engine with 435 horsepower, 4-speed manual transmission, power steering, power brakes with 4-wheel disc brakes, Holley 4-barrell carburetor, egg crate grille, air conditioning and stock. The hubcaps, trim rings, spinner delete Stingray wheels are taken from the 1967 model.
VIN #: 194376S105155
YEAR: 1966 MAKE: Chevy
MODEL: Corvette
TITLE NAME: Saul Hudson

At that price, I think I would buy a new ZR`1 or if I'd won the lotto, I'd buy them both.
