Question #958

GMPartsDirect.

Buy from them or not?

They have the upper replacement grille for my '06 Monte at $50. Cheaper then anyone else.

But are they reliable?

RE: Question #958

Hi `RJ,
I've never heard, or read any complaints against them
I don't think GM would contract with them for GM Parts, `if
they were not reliable.
If a Member has heard otherwise, please post,
and let RJ, and us know.
Good Luck RJ

RE: Question #958

yeah.... GM wouldn't possibly lie to consumers about a product they are trying to sell would they?

btw, that was sarcasm

RE: Question #958

That's where my TS grille insert came from. Shipping and handling can get expensive, but they still was a better price than my dealer. No complaints.

RE: Question #958

RJ, why replacement upper grille? I've been sniffing round the junkyards so I could put in the billet grille I got.... cause I don't wanna hack up the original.

Okay. I will.

Duane, don't you? I thought everyone did?[sm=icon_rofl.gif]

I know I've found a couple '06 Montes being parted on the net but I'd rather have a new grille to replace mine versus a used and possibly in worse shape then the grille in my car right now. For $55 I guess it's really not bad. Well as long as the grille is new with zero defects like my grille did have.
