Premium headlight bulbs

Take a look:thumbsup:

Do high-priced halogen headlight bulbs shine brighter? - Yahoo! Autos

I have Silverstars on my car now, from Frank, they're definitely brighter and have a longer beam.

HIDs are a whole new level. Those shine for nearly twice the distance as a standard halogen.

X2 with that, I have the halogens that came with the car in my high beams right now and there is no comparison

Leprechaun93 11-26-2012 04:15 PM

So many ppl hate halogen bulbs :rotfl: & fog lights blind them :rotfl:

Leprechaun93 11-26-2012 07:46 PM

what would they like people to use, candles? You cant win either way, you get bright lights so you can see and you get blinded by other cars. Dim lights so you cant see and you dont get blinded, no winning:rotfl: I'll take bright lights, drivers manual says you should look at the white line when a car is passing anyway, not into the flippin headlights:rolleyes:

Yeah idk why ppl feel the need to stare at headlights :rotfl:

Iread a news letter from Shell Oil once. it had safety tips. When a car with bright lights coming at you. Look at the white line or for a moment to your right. Also turn your dash lights down at night. You can see better out the windshield. Having a 4x4 truck lights coming from behind me never bothered me. But riding in a car when they come up behind you. Bugs the **** out of me. Those REAL bright white lights don't really seem to hurt. its just were not use to them yet. I see a lot more now that the days are shorter.

I spent a bunch of time reading the comments too Mike. I dont think most of the people know what they are talking about. They are just trolling for an argument. I like My Hid's better than any halogens and will continue to use them until the pass specific laws to deal with them. I have white lights with just a hint of blue, I have seen some really blue and even purple that are hard to look at but mine dont seem bad.
