The way I see it....when it comes to things minor or major....be grateful for what you DO have....dont let this test of fate beat you..ride through it and know youll be a better person and have a stronger bond with those who stick through it with you...plus...we all got monte carlos....WHAT MORE COULD WE WANT? :p....

Sorry to hear the level to which you are both being tested, My oldest daughter is going thru much the same with a six month old in tow. with the employment being what it Amy now having found a new job is actually a good sign, I understand there are close to three to four persons looking fer every opening and that dosen't include those who have just been laid off or riding out the unemployment retraining or looking ahead at thier options. Keep your spirits up and accept the assistance offered with gratitude..it's too easy to see all that sucks at the moment but you really need to keep your sites on what you have and build on it. Myself and my wife are very fortunate to be employed in positions where the people we work aside are really great and we enjoy being there..we are very lucky in that respect as for your situation Justin all I can say is that your employer will take notice of the efforts put forth by thier employees and hopfully keep the stong productive ones and weed out the weak sloths who cause a drag on a productive workplace causing persons such as yourself to feel as you do at the moment. some people can really suck the will right out of you and you really just need to distance yourself or you'll explode.. whatever you both decide do it together a stay strong. It really sux being unemployed. But at least i know that the rent is getting paid every month and we have food in the house. I was almost tempted the other day to sell the Monte, but that would leave us in a new situation. What to drive?

you know what REALLY pisses me off, people that take the knight emblem off of the front of their 6th gens and replace them with CHEVROLET EMBLEMS WHAT IS THAT.
okay i'm just kidding, but seriously I could never part with the knight badging and I think my malibu pulls off a chevy emblem better than my monte ever could, atleast on the grille.
