Default My little project..

So this is something i have been working on in my spare time...she is just about done!

I didn't start taking pictures until after i started the metal prep/repair.

this is a Winchester 1300, with a 22' barrel (im still looking for an 18' cheap)

The metal was striped of its surface rust and worn bluing, then i used 400 grit to remove the light pitting, and to rough the surface for duracoating.

I don't have any pictures of my spraying the weapon, but i used a airbrush with a #5 tip (duracoat+ hardner can be a bit thick)

this is how she sits today!

And this is her mate! Rock River Arms AR-15, Chambered 5.56, HBAR, NM 2 stage trigger, magpul UBR buttstock, larue quad free float rails, railed gas block, magpul rail covers, Rainier Arms XTC Compensator.. and an AimPoint CompML3 on a larue mount! (1/3 cowitness with BUIS). i painted the barrel on this black..just didn't look right parkerized..
