I'm here, I'm here...

I'm going to agree. You either want to get headers, or the powerlog + downpipe combo. The powerlog+downpipe will probably be an easier install, and have less problems with exhaust leaks, but you will be limited to only having that 3.4 pulley. If you ever want to get lower than that, you will definitely want headers (which come with their own downpipe).

A lot of your mod list is just accessories, so obviously nothing is going to compete. I would do the 180* thermostat the second spring hits your area and you don't need the heat anymore. These engines are iron blocks, so keeping them cool is always beneficial. Also you can get that coolant flushed ASAP if you haven't already. Then keep up on that.

You will also want to add 1.9 modified rockers to that list before you drop a pulley (it will also allow you to change the valve cover gaskets, a known issue). Since you live in a wider range of temperature changes, you will be more prone to knock than other people. Your tune would IDEALLY be set up for each season and you load when the season hits, but you aren't tuning yourself, so it's going to need to be made safer, so having MORE mods is always better.

Other than that... you'll need a step colder of spark plugs, but you'll probably be ready to drop that pulley and enjoy more boost!

Nice list.

So i'd need to change the rockers before i get to a 3.4" pulley?

It's better to be safe than sorry. Pulley and tune are the last 2 things you should do. Since you are paying for a canned tune, you won't have the flexibility to do any mods afterwards easily, so you might as well do the rockers first.

I'll throw it on the list, do you think a powerlog and a downpipe would be a better first option? I'm figuring i'll probably be at 3.4" for a good amount of time once i get there.

Great looking list  Looking forward to your progress!!

I especially like the LED stuff :rotfl:

That's personal preference. You will be spending the same amount of money either way. It's just whether you will have to remove mods for new mods and then you've wasted time AND money.

Very true, i'll just have to see how things go. And justin im excited to make some progess too. Alot more visual mods on this one planned:thumbsup:

I've got the power log. BIGGGGGGG mistake. Go for the headers.
