Well my Monte gets dropped off at the dealership tomorrow and will be fixxed by friday. $820 for the repairs. Guh, cant wait for it to be safe to drive.

Hey i just noticed i'm over 200 posts woohoo!!!

 

Holy cow... im almost to 1000... only 3 months to go... and this is the first time I actually noticed my post count.

*knocks on a tree* my engine is still doing good. I just spoke with my mechanic and learned that the black monte we worked on last weekend is back... AGAIN! It doesn't have any oil pressure this time. I am suspecting a clogged oil screen.

 

No affence to your mechanic he should start quoting people a little more and take a better look internially on these engines, thats what 3 we have heard about now,

no oil pressure= oil starved bearings = lesser engine life or engine death!
