Morning all, Just hanging out in the car waiting to start, only a week from thanksgiving, while out at my parents lastnight my mom informed me that she is leaving her job, she hasn't been happy for some time and it has only gotten worse since she went back to work after taking some time off when she was getting treatment for breast cancer, so she offered to do daycare for jack and some of his cusins deffiniatly somthing we will have to think about it would save is money and will make it so she has some kind of money comming in

 

Man, that's rough justin. I know how it feels to be unhappy with your job. I have a coworker that makes it her ambition to make my life #ell.

I just finished the red led gauge lights and am not too happy with the results. I need to replace my clear cover over the cluster, it has been scuffed for years. The leds as bright as they are, aren't bright enough to light up the whole cluster. They are supposed to be 180* or whatever the full array light, they just aren't too bright. I used 470 ohm resistors, they do light up the cluster, but its like turning the stock lights down to half dim.

Im going to pull apart saturday morning and getting a whole new cluster. The whole reason I did the leds in the first place is that I have so many lights need replacing. I might just get the new bulbs and wait to go to truckers lighthouse and get some brighter bulbs or just replace with stock... ill post a pic a little later, time for work.

Justin - sorry to here about your mom leaving her job - she needs to be happy so that might have been the best thing for her. At least she can spend more time with Jack now.

Well the Journey begins. Heading over to my Grandpa's house to start getting ready for his memorial service on Saturday. There is a sever storm warning in the mountains we are going over so it should be interesting to say the least. Hope everyone has a great morning. I will check back later. Taking my camera so if I get a chance I will take a few pics.

Justin - Sorry to hear about your Mom's job. But being unhappy at work can pretty much make life miserable.

wow, you too? lol, your not alone. always up my a$$ about everything i could care less about, because she only has like half the work that i do. oh well, such is life.
