Another Monday, which means LOTS of coffee needed! :P LOL

Happy Birthday Todd! That 03 Monte looks really clean in the photos. Mileage is high, but if its been well cared for, that could be a great car for the price! :)

It is a beautiful day, and I just walked the Beach with my grandfather & a few of his senior friends. We haven't seen any oil slick `yet, but the reports states that it's on it's way :mad::(:mad:...It another very sad story what some humans do to their `Planet :( + the uncaring, non-respecting visitors that leave all their thrash when they invade the beaches : (
It brings tears 2 my eyes....Tears of anger & disappointment in my fellow man : ( I just don't understand some people 4-Sure...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEACHER TODD!!!!!! Also, that Monte is seriously creeping me out. It has the EXACT mileage that my Monte has!!! Also, it's Black ;) So it's a great car hahaha. If you wanted to get it, knowing you will probably be doing suspension work, and some care to bring that engine back go for it!!!

'Space the event was really fun. It was a little rainy and chilly, but that didn't stop people, we still had almost 600 bikers come out. Raised a lot of money for Diabetic research.

I got to hand out food and water, help set up tents, chairs, tables, etc. And whenever the race would start / bikers would come back we would cheer and ring cow-bells and clappers and stuff.

I did have a good weekend! And I got the new roof moldings put on the Monte finally! Looks so much better! :)

If I was to buy the monte it would get a top swap done fairly quickly. :)

be careful with that car lot in Portland I went to them when I was looking for my wifes car a month ago and the car we were looking at on line was not there !! they said it was and after we got there they said sorry it was sold like 2 weeks ago!!
Now for the good news when we were at The lot ( they have 3 of them ) I did see this Monte and it looked good I did not test drive it because my wife was looking for a smaller car they are willing to deal on the price of there cars just make sure they have it and what lot it is on and be ready to haggle !! Good luck they also had a 2005 intimater when we were there super clean !!:cool:

Its a slow morning today. Not much going on.

Space, foot is healing nicely. I guess the big guy upstairs thought it would be a great idea for me to hold to it for a little while longer. :D:D

Hey JJ! Thats a good question! LOL. I honestly don't know. Go figure, my trips to Vegas are not going to be happening near as much anymore, because my family that lives there is moving back. The've been staying out here with us for a while now. I'll let you know if I plan on making it down there though!

Summer is getting close. I can tell by the number of car shows. LOL :)
We attended a cruise-in for a guy I work with yesterday. He has cancer. He's 35 with two young kids. Sad situation.
So far that I know of they've removed one lung and one lump from his leg. I was told they did find more cancer but they won't treat it till the cancer they just went after is gone. Or something like that?
There was probably close to 300 cars and trucks at this benefit cruise-in. I got there just after 2pm and was the last entry. I told Debbie to look for a space to park but there weren't any.
Several fellow co-workers attended, just to see the cars. Not many people I work with own or are in to Classic cars. So they just came to look. Which is cool.
I got several compliments on my Wagon. Good compliments......... I mean. :)






Would that cause some kind of Star Trek Time/Space Anomoly? :)

Whats up everyone. Just hanging out today. Space the car is 3 hours away so no test drive for me. I am just looking to see whats out there. Hoping they will tell me soon I have a job before i by. Keith thanks for the heads up on the dealer. JJ you are too funny. :D

I did have an h pipe welded onto the exhaust on the burban and gained some low end power and a much cleaner sound.

Happy Birthday Todd! That '03 Monte SS is exactly like my last Monte!

Washed the Intimidator SS tonight. We have 300 ft of 40 ft. white pines on the east property line. They are now dropping their pollen. My car had streaks of yellow pollen running down it, where the dew and wipers left things wet. It was just nasty. Tomorrow it'll look like it did earlier today. Sucks!

Hit 90 here today. 97 when I got in the car after work.

long day today, the monte seems like it really enjoyed its free-er flowing exaust on the commute though. mabe i'll squeeze a few more MPG outta it :) then when i got home started to tinker with the Z34... finished vacuming the interior, then i pulled the back seat. the car should be a lil bit faster now that i vacumed the 5 lbs of mouse doo doo out from under the seat! the seat is airing out on the porch for the night ( mabe it'll rain & wash the stink outta it :D ) then i replaced the drivers side headlight bucket, because the mounting bracket for the old one was broken & held togeather with gorilla glue, plus the lens was all clouded from being out of alignment so bad in the sun for all those years the car sat. looks quite a bit better. tomorrow i'll probibly pull the rest of the rear interior panels and vacume, & scrub everything. wish me luck! :)

It got really hot today too. It's about 90 degrees upstairs so I guess I won't be sleeping up there tonight. Maybe I will sleep down the basement under the slot car track LOL!
