I kinda like the car. The front and side views look good, but the rear lights suck. This thing could be a real competitor to the offshore stuff IMHO but who the hell designed the rear end? For God's sake GM, you did a great job on the interior, and overall shape, but your designers sure ran out of gas with the rear end treatment. That rear end completely destroys the overall look, and I personally wouldn't buy one because of it. IT SUCKS BIG TIME.

The front end styling with that upper grill looks kind of weird. The variable-valve timing is a plus tho...

Hmmm...interesting. While the body lines remind me of the Buick Lucerne, I am impressed with the interior. Interiors are not usually a Chevy strong-suit, but whith this edition of the Malibu, they seem to be stepping up their game.

I agree, the car is pretty decent overall, but that rear end needs a serious overhaul. I love the interior on it. I'm not too picky on my GM's though because I figure that they are the cheapest to maintain and fix and last close to the longest out of everything out there, if not the longest.

Sorry but to me it looks like they had some left over truck parts and decided they wanted to build a car out of them.

The interior is beautiful. Reminds me of the older Vettes. Especially the dash cluster.

Now that I look at it more, it does look like a mini truck front end. It's for the car driver who wishes they had a truck! [sm=smiley2.gif]
