I find I tend to feel like blogging at the end of my day. Today I worked a deal out with Jason to buy his valve covers so I can reduce the down time on my painting job. I just have to paint the valve covers, the other half of the mounts and the air box. Then I think thats it. Unless I find other things I want paint haha. Going to take some time this weekend for my other hobby, my guns! My girlfriend wants to try the 12 gauge and I'v got to zero in my 30-06 again. I found 180 grain Hydro-shock style rounds and I couldn't help myself but zero it in with the better ammo. I tell you though it sure is cute watching her shoot that big ol riffle. she's all of 5'2" and groups it like a pro! Now I gotta teach her 223, 556, and 762's.

Also this Super Typhoon in the Pacific is a monster, Strongest Typhoon in History, at one point had 195 MPH Sustained winds!
That's a high end EF4 tornado, 5MPH away from a EF5, all the the time!! Just constant wind!
It just passed over the Philippines and weakened a bit to 165 MPH winds, STILL a EF4 tornado winds, constant!
Still a Super Typhoon and headed to Vietnam!

Also a biggg snowstorm is possible next week for the east coast, it will be heading northeast if it does happen. Still only a possibility not 100% yet

Good Morning Monte Friends! Working from home today. I am burning my last vacation day Monday (Veterans day). I believe all veterans should get that day off paid anyway. But I always save one vacation day for that day.

Not doing anything special just spending time with the wife, will put the Deuce up on Jack stands, remove her battery, run some sta-bil in her and cover her up. Have to put a coat of wax on Ronda's Buick

Good Morning my MCF peeps.:)

Yesterday I went with ryan (slowmontecarlo) as you recall a few weeks ago was in a fender bender that totaled his Monte. We went to court after he filed a civil suit against the kid who hit him. Yes the kid had no insurance, Which entitled Ryan to more than just the $1000.00 mini torte. Turns out the Judge granted Ryan a little over $2600.00 in damages. His 98 LS only blue booked at 2300.00 Ryan also encountered server fee's .(twice) because the kid never responded. He also had to pay fees to get his Monte out of the impound lot $230.00 plus towing etc. anyway Ryan had his Monte since High School and it Was immaculate inside and out. That's been a little over 10 yrs!

Also had our new phones turned on....
The real bummer was.... They couldn't transfer our contact from our windows phones to our new phones...Needless to say, we spent the evening transferring them by hand.:rolleyes: I vow..I will never get another windows phone EVER!!!!:rotfl:
There also made our neighborhood into an obstacle course...
There replacing the city streets... What a mess and noisy...that's why im up so early today. The sounds of heavy equipment in the early am just isn't my cup o tea anymore ...lol There breaking out the old concrete and replacing it with new.

Suppose to be finished by Nov 21st. we will see...

Stumpi! Was this in michigan?!?! My sister just got screwed when an insured driver hit her lancer. She only got a mini tort and we have been looking for a way to get her car paid for (cause she had washingtom liability insurance) I even posted a thread on here asking if anyone knew anything about it. If you could pm me and we could talk that woikd be very helpful!

Yes it was in Michigan...Allen Park to be exact....
They just raised the mini torte from $500.00 to $1000.00

He took him to civil court.

It took several months but finally got him to court.

I hope your friend `Ryan gets another vehicle that he will enjoy. I'm sure you will enjoy your phone once everything is transferred + you should enjoy your new drag racing street once completed :thumbsup::confused::)

My morning started early & when I think I'm getting caught `up (?), something new comes in that needs immediate attention. It's going to be a busy active day @ work for me. I did have a super time with my grandfather & friends last eve + a super meal. I'm happy 2 `be & I hope the reader of this is also.

Ryan is matter of fact looking for another 5th gen.
But, he is looking for one not from Michigan... I believe he has a family member in Arizona looking for a replacement.:) But a Z-34 this time instead of a LS.:cool:
Ryan does currently have a 1998 Z-34 (Black) in his possession that he will hopefully break out in the Spring... My stepson during the summer did some rust repair on it like he fixed mine. So he does have a spare waiting in the wings...LOL Yes that's Ryan wipeing it down. The white Bravada on the left is also his.

Happy Friday everyone, I hope you've all had a good week. Still been crazy busy for me trying to play catch up with all the travel for work that I have been doing, oddly enough the work still waits for you until you get back :rotfl: hoping to do the leather on the white monte this weekend, as I always like to condition it before winter, and give the interior a good cleaning as the leaves on the carpet just don't match the interior color :)

Also probably going to see the new Thor movie this weekend as well.

This super Typhoon is so crazy, SUSTAINED winds at 175MPH, Winds peaks up to 235 MPH!!!

That's like a EF-5 tornado (strongest there can be, can level houses), 150 miles wide!!!
