Default Eagle Talon?

Hey guys just a story then wanted to know your opinions on a car I dot know a whole lot about,

So to start the other day I heard a joke on the radio thought it was funny so posted it to Facebook the radio host said it as... "silly Imports, 1.8 Litre is a good beer size not engine"

Within minutes of my post a extended tuner community member I don't know was commenting very harsh comments. He said he was new to town and his eagle talon would be running our streets, his 2 Litre engine would slap me around like a female dog apparently and demanded I go race him.

After explaining to him my car is put away for the winter and how my friends and our local car community is doing a large anti-street racing campaign we race at the track, he proceeded to call me a scared female dog and we are ***** for only track racing...

After giving up on trying to talk to him reasonably and seeing him post 20 times yelling about his 20+lbs of boost and me spinning tires still while he's in third gear,

Thought I'd ask you guys your opinion of the eagle talon what the car is like compared to ours, I know of the awd and the stock turbo

This is a collection of 0-60 and 1/4 mile times that have been accumulated from many different sources over the years. These sources all include vehicle testing done by "the experts" at Car & Driver, Motor Trend, Road & Track, various written auto publications and from the auto manufacturers themselves. Our club does not do any of the actual testing of the cars, we just post the results that we find from the above mentioned sources.

Aren't some of these turbo and make 300 HP stock?

Just like the 300z, ... I'm pretty sure they could give you a good run.

Might beat you in the 1/4 mile but thats about as far as it'll ever go

Montes are like the energizer bunny, they just keep going and going and going..

They can be nasty fast cars if they stay together long enough.I friend of mine had one that ran low 10's untuned but it would break every other time he got on it

If he is that confident he will beat you...he will wipe the floor with you...AWD, Lighter, And Probably faster with mods...

If he is actually running 20 lbs of boost and doesn't break, you won't even be able to hold a candle to the kid. If you have ever seen a DSM launch, you will understand why.
