If he's insisting on $200, then he needs to take the OBO out of his ad. WTF is he hoping for? Someone will offer him more than the asking price? If he's looking for an auction, put it on ebay.
And just how much damage is there? Couldn't help but notice he posted a picture where it's difficult to see how much damage there is.
Forget him Jerry. You'll be able to find a used, undamaged, hood for your car. Depending on how much damage there is, that one may cost you more than buying an undamaged one. Purchase price + damage repair + repainting.

I just find it complete b.s. when people put OBO in their ad with no intention of ever budging from the asking price. Add to that he won't show how much damage there is. Just my opinion, but I'd keep looking elsewhere. You'll find one at a decent price.
