Mike take as much time as you need to heel and do any type of therapy they offer. It is in your best interest down the road.

 

Back surgurys are a pain in the errrr back... Depending where you had surgury done. Mine was my lower back so it was quite painful after wards. Couldn't even walk or stand for a while. Just take it easy and relax

 

Yeah Ima relax as much as I can & do wat they tell me, mine was lower back aswell it hurts to walk but dr told me to do a lol bit each day

 

hopefully my back will be alright this winter. it usually locks up so hopefully the bike is helping.

on another note. i ordered a bike trainer and it should be here tomorrow. hopefully fed ex leaves it at the door instead of taking it back cus i wont be home.

 

Headed to the hospital in the morning. The doctor is going to induce labor. I should be a new daddy by this time tomorrow.

 

Zach, I had fed ex lol. Ever since they didn't deliver my iPod because of some bs about snow. I watched from the window, the truck stopped, no one got out and it left soon after. Got a notice saying they were unable to deliver it, bull they didn't even try.
