Hi `Matt,
Good Luck to your future mother in law..It's amazing that a person can get a heart transplant from another human being. I wish her well
==============================================
Thanks for your reply on your MPG + a picture of your Super Looking Chevy Cruze

Maybe it's time to clean your injections/MAF/etc. Have you checked to see how your plugs are burning ? Are they the factory plugs ?
Are your tires inflated properly ? Just a few more thoughts...
Keep us updated `OK > Good Luck & enjoy your new day of `Life

Thank you Space. It is pretty amazing when you think about what they can do today with transplants, etc. Regarding the car, it has 47k on it so it should still be running on the original plugs and, as for the tires, they should be inflated properly but I'm going to double check that today. I also need to check the air filter.

I've actually been wanting to take some more pictures of the Cruze so I'll try to do that and post them soon, along with the others I've already taken.

Hi Matt, with the miles that are on it, I would also consider changing your fuel filter > Air filter is a must...+ adding a bottle of fuel injector cleaner ? Good Luck & we look forward to your updates + pic's

Good afternoon. The wife and I leave soon for Vegas.

While we're gone, hopefully D&S will be working on my Monte. We're dropping her '01 Mustang at a different shop later today that's willing to do some rust repair on her rear quarters (she is VERY excited for this, the rust began developing about 1-2 years after she bought it in '07).
So, a lot with cars lol.

@Amy - I love showing my Monte and the few awards I've gotten really make me feel good, but at the end of the day, for me it's not about winning, it's just about having fun.
But I wish you luck on looking into a Mustang "upgrade"

Hopefully everyone is having a good Wednesday

Participant voting is usually a bunch of bs. Some people really don't know what the hell they're doing and a lot seem to vote exclusively for their friends and not based on the cars themselves. There usually tends to be that large group of biased friends, or the "good ol' boys club", at each show or running shows and if they don't know you then you're ignored and they could care less. I've actually heard of award winners being selected even before the show starts just because of who they are. Pathetic.

That said, I still enjoy participating in shows, getting to know people and displaying my car for others to see. I don't really expect to win, especially considering it's still relatively new, but it's nice and it feels good when the car does win something and it's especially nice when people really take their time to look over the car and even want to talk to you and ask questions about it.

Matt, my dad has a 2012 Cruze. Nice car. He is kind of wishing he had bought something bigger though. It has some pep to it though I will say that.
