I know several of our Member's are considering buying a Home & a garage for their Monte Carlo ?, or attempting to
sell their present home (Sweet Home).:):eek:

I'm posting the below information for those member's so
they know what's happening in the housing market..

I've learned it pays to do your homework & a lot of research
before you spend your hard earned $'s, or $'s for mod's & your Monte Carlo ? I know & have read about so many that owe so much more on their homes then they are worth 4-Sure...There's so many sad stories about people that have lost so much of their investment :(:mad: I hope the below helps a member...Good Luck :thumbsup:

I don't think the market can fall much more than it already has. I'm glad I bought when I did and will only make money if i ever sell. If any members are gonna buy a house remember just because your approved for 200000 doesn't mean you have to spend that much.

i am currently looking. just making sure before i make the plunge that i can afford everything. sadly i think the mods for the monte will have to stop for awhile :rotfl:
