BBK : adjustable varitune mufflers
I stumbled across these badboys on youtube and thought to myself if mass requires just and OEM similar setup but it cannot be designed to increase noise nor any baffles removed. would this be a good cheat so that i can on occassion be loud? mass does not allow cut off valves (does it fall into that category?)

 

Sounds like exactly what it's designed to do.

 

I have to ask, who enforces these laws? Police, garages? For example, my flowmaster on my 97 looks oem, so how do they determine when something is not oem or can't be used, or do they even bother

 

cops don't care much unless there are noise complaints. People still have fart cans and stuff (usually cant pass inspection at normal price of $29) for inspection purposes the main key is that it mainly has to look stock and not be loud enough that when they pull it in they think something is up

 

So then it sounds like it doesnt matter what you get.. go get a flowmaster 40 series delta flow
