2015 Cruze Refresh
The 2015 Cruze refresh for North America was unveiled at this year's New York Auto Show. Being a Cruze owner myself, I have my personal thoughts on this one but I'm curious as to what others think of this refresh. I'll keep my thoughts to myself for now - what do you guys think?

Looks uglier than the last one, not that the last one wasn't ugly enough. Sorry nothing personal but the cavalier was a turd, the cobalt kept that title alive & the cruze reassured that reputation.

Current one is better imo
|
I think they managed to make it even more generic looking.
|
I like everything except the grill on it. If they changed that to something else I wouldn't mind daily driving it.
|
Definitely JUST a car now. They shouldn't have tried to put the "Impala" look to the front end.
|
IMO there's something about the 2011-14 Cruze's appearance that is visually pleasing, especially the LTZ RS - one reason I bought one. I'm not really a fan of this refresh - there's the whole "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality at play here. It looks like Chevrolet tried to blend the new Impala and Malibu front end and it's a bit much on this car. The Cruze is about due for its next generation and I honestly think Chevrolet should have waited til then for a total refresh.
Actually, the "Global" Cruze was completely redesigned for 2015 and I'm not a fan of that design - hopefully the next North American generation is not a copy of it. |
I saw the global cruze, looks like a toyota corolla imo.

Mike took the words right out of my mouth.
I was coming to say that it looks like a mini impala. GM keeps making the front of their vehicles uglier and uglier. |
