A "limited edition" Speedo generally refers to the "High Sport" SS' we have upgraded brakes, suspension and a custom visual effects package that is the silver trim you see around the bottom of my sig pic. (Though it can be many colors) also the pace car editions may have had a "limited edition" Speedo. The cars also generally came with 16" or 17" 5 spoke aluminum rims and the race inspired vertical spoiler.

[QUOTE=UWAdventurer;596200]Pics BHodges224? What does the "Limited Edition" on the Speedometer mean?

Good morning... Mine is a Limited Edition, it was an option on base models of the SS... You received the High Sport package which consists of NASCAR style spoiler, front and rear extended facia, side rocker panels, Limited Edition on the speedometer, Sunroof, SS wheels, top radio option, aerodynamic panels same coulour as car, heated seats and fog lights... Some of these options could be purchased seperately, however the Limited Edition gave you all of it... That's all I can recall, perhaps some members can add to it, I don't believe suspension, drivetrain and brakes were any different than a base SS...
