Very nice and VERY clean!!! The only issue I saw was on the driver's seat around the airbag.

You can try to talk them down to maybe 4700 because it doesn't have leather and the "high" miles, you can also say because you'll need to replace the tires before the year's end.

Thanks guys, the car was in an Accident according to Carfax, but the title is clean. Is that OK?

Good catch CHI I didn't see that. If they make you pay the full 5k compermise with them and make them fix that seat before you pay that much. Most dealers will fix stuff like that. (Call it a saftey issue cuse it's near the air bag)

If it was in an accident and the airbag deployed I would probably walk away. Clean title or not, there could be frame damage, and being a unibody it is hard to get it perfect.

Unless you can get it on a lift to check out that side and completely go over it with a fine tooth comb, you can do better for $5k.

Kinda what I was thinking, the dealership has a lift assembly so I would have if checked out for frame damage first and if the airbags were deployed.

Just talked to the dealer- claims no salvage title, no airbag deployment, and no frame damage. They said they had their "ASE Certified Techs" gave it a full inspection and it checks out.

I would still ask why the driver's seat airbag looks like that. And still try to talk them down.

Hey chibiblacksheep, could the seat look like that because the side airbag deployed?
