Enzo354, I was fan of F1 when Fernando Alonso winned
but currently I don't use to watch any race. Motmeló Racetrack is very near of my town but I've never been there for F1. Tickets are expensive and I prefer watching F1 at TV. I've been there lots of times when tickets are for free or I got a pass from a friend (motogp, GT series, Nissan series...). I'm a member of AMCCC that is an association of american car lovers. Two years ago my partners raced the quarter mile at Motmeló. Some of them drive amazing machines like 70 Challenger 525 HEMI, 69 Charger 440, 71 Roadrunner 440, 2007 Z06, 2008 GT500, 69 camaro Z28, 78 TransAM... most of them modified. We're aroung 800 members. My daily driver is an 05 Mustang V6 so I was not going race vs the cars I mentioned before

I hope I can beat someone with my Monte.
Javier, I checked your club's page and you guys got your stuff together when it comes to american cars. I hope it's not too expensive when you have to order parts. There were some really impressive cars on the videos. Buena suerte con el coche y representa a los Monte Carlos!
I really appreciate your welcome.
I suppose I’ll have a lot of questions in the future as I’ll have to order some parts to your country like body mounts, mouldings and so on.
I’d also like to assemble a pair of brand new hi-jackers and a fiberglass hood scoop.
The car has little leaks so it’s already in the garage to replace a pair of gaskets (transmission and engine).
We’re also checking the brake, steering and electrical systems…headliner and front seats upholstery are damaged, driver’s door lock is missing…
I have to spend some time on it but everything will be in its place.
montyss02, your Spanish is amazing! I’m surprised you’ve found our website.
Monte Carlos are well represented here even if vettes, firebirds and stangs are most popular.
Rgds, Javi.

Hi,
Please accept my apologies as I've not posted since a year ago.
I've had lots of problems with the car because the guy the brought the car to Spain blackmailed me and there have been a lot of headached to get spanish licence plates.
Anyway the monte is now mine and ready to race!
