Welcome to the forum. What part of ontario are you in? I'm in Windsor.

Welcome. Go to a junk yard and pull those bolts off a Monte/grand Prix/impala.

The bolts you asked about are the same size as the top bolts for those brackets. I replaced my rusty ones with stainless bolts.

The connector I believe leads to the coolant temp sensor that is in the lower intake, just under where the t-stat sits. If I'm right, you probably are not getting an accurate temp reading as the yellow wire looks broken....
