I recently purchased a 2004 supercharged Monte Carlo. Supposedly its a Dale Earndhardt Edition. How do I tell by VIN Number if it is official and how can I tell what number my car is off the production line????????????

 

Where is the VIN NUMBER LOCATED ON ENGINE BLOCK AND TRANNY if so???????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????

Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center 1- 800-222-1020. Customer Relationship are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m to 11:00p.m.Eastern Time.

They can send you a letter with the number, but can't get you a new COA.
