Greetings!

There are no definitive answers to your questions. A lot of the vehicle longevity will be determined by its past. If it has been treated well with proper servicing it has a better chance of lasting compared to a vehicle that has been neglected. A good foundation, proper servicing and good driving habits are the key to a vehicle lasting.

Overall seems they are pretty dependable. I hear most about intake leaks and electrical issues with Body Control Modules and such...

Keeping the fluids all clean is a good start. A tranny fluid and filter change and a coolant flush and fill should be the first things you do.
