good ol Monte
Hello everybody i am glad that i joined this forum as well as exited. My name is Julio i am 44 years old i am a proud owner of a 1970 Monte Carlo. i am the 2nd owner of my Monte i got her from a very good friend of mine that was a veteran of Vietnam and i would always go to his house when i was a kid and pray that i could someday get that car or someday get a beautiful machine just like her. Well years went by i would say about 25 years and i got a call and all i herd was Julio do you still want her ??????? I said who is this Skip? You bet, Skip is the person that owned the Monte and before he could say anything else i said of course i could not believe i was finally getting the Monte Carlo. His health was very bad and his days were numbered plus he had to make a payment to his mortgage. Well to make a long story short i got her for an unbelievable price and i now own her. Not even a month later my good old friend passed God bless his soul. I want to do everything i can to restore this beauty . As well as put in some real love and work to let it be known where the Monte came from and who has it now. I would like to put a little airbrushing in memory of Skip a vietnam vet he was a helicopter pilot. Well I Love music i am a proud father of 5 kids and a granddaughter. I love the Seahawks i like to fish and i love muscle cars and hot rods.
