Fuel Pressure Regulator

Hi Everyone... My name is Chris im a Newbe here and I was wondering if I could get some of your expert help. I have a 95 Monte Carlo Z34 with the 3.4 motor. it has about 221K miles. Still runs good but im having a problem. When I start it up it runs a little ruff and RPM's will race up and then come down. After it warms up it runs smoother. The main problem I am having is I can take it out for a drive and stop at the store and come back in a couple min and try to start it and it wont start. I can let it set for about 10-15 min and then it will start just fine. It turns over fine. I have pulled one of the plugs and im getting spark, So that leads me to think its a fuel issue. Doing some reading I am thinking it might be the " Fuel Presure Regulator " Have any of you had this problem or have any suggestions as to what it might be?
Also can someone tell me where the Fuel Pressure Regulator is located on this 3.4 Motor? Thank you in advance for any help...... Chris
