Wen I step on brake makes a weird noise multiple lights appear on dash along with service traction and traction off light.

The weird noise your hearing is more than likely your abs kicking in.

The traction control lights is more than likely related to the following
Wheel Speed Sensor
Wires connected to the sensor that have rotted out along the frame, common occurrence in our cars.
Need to replace the wheel hub, this will give you a new sensor.

Check the codes that come up when the light goes on, on the dash, you have to have a reader that reads abs codes as most cheaper ones don't so you may have to go to a dealer or garage and have them read it to find out which sensor is causing the problem.
