Replace power steering Pump Replaced rack opinion Power steering works fine I'm driving but when I Slow down Power steering doesn't work

A possibility could be a bad belt tensioner.

Did you mess up the idler arm replacing the rack and pinion?

An aftermarket PS pump could still be faulty.

Air in the fluid?
