2001 Monte will not start

Default 2001 Monte will not start

Replaced ECM had it flashed , Car dose not turn over , would not read key, replaced igntion with new key and lock cylinder, tryed theft deterrent relearn procedure, check codes and get B2960 security sys data wrong but valid , whats the fix ? how can it be wrong but valid ?

Stand by for a couple of days at most and I will try and see if my mechanic has a potential solution for you....

Update:

I just copied and pasted your question and e-mailed it to Matt. He is an ace with things like this. We might get an answer tomorrow and I will post as soon as it is received.

Hello, okay Matt responded. Hope this will give you a new approach to diagnois your problem.

Greg: Could be the pass lock sensor, the BCM or the vats needs to be relinked. The No crank started after the pcm was replaced?
