I am the owner of a Black 00 Monte SS, 3 blown brake lines, bad maf causing low rpm stall & erratic at times ..so its unplugged until new one arrives. 186k mint inside other than wet floor but after checking out the board I already now know I need to pull crowl Thanks guys!
..cloth and no glass roof but does have the 3.8L no supercharger tho
Anyway, is it normal to be cruising 55/60 at normal rpm's(2ks) but then I let my foot off the gas and it drops to 1k rpm idle?! if i give it gas the rpms rev to match tranny and it smoothly takes back off.
It seems like a CVT..but its not? right?
My first Monte and I must say for just driving her for a few miles im already in love <3
But is this a sign of horror to come??
