'06 Monte SS windshield washer fluid squirters inop...
Windshield washer fluid does not work. Fuse is not blown. All hoses good and no broken t joints. I have tried 3 different washer fluid pumps. I cannot hear noise from the pump(s). The stalk seems to work. When you push the tab forward the wipers work as they are supposed to. No big objects in the washer bottle blocking the flow. I had read there was a GM TSB saying to put a 15 amp fuse instead of the 10 amp. Tried that and it did not change anything.
1st question... what is the best way to test the pump(s)? I can't imagine all 3 used pumps are bad. Possible yes, likely... I don't know.
2nd... what else can I try? Seems to me it is simpler than it seems.
Thanks for the help!

Time to break out the multimeter. Check for both power and ground at the pump. Trace back whichever is missing.
You can test a pump by wiring it direct to an external power supply or the battery (assuming theyre 12 volt pumps), but if youve got multiple non functional pumps at the same time, it's more than likely upstream in the circuit.
