Im done with stewart...

I will no longer put him on my roster....Ive lost more than i have won with him...So, I dont care that he ran indy cars midgets, etc....

This is so not his season...but good luck everyone..

Got to go...

Going ziplineing in vermont this am...

SEE YA!!!!!

On a more sad note, Dodge will be pulling out of racing.....

There were so many ways it was going to go down too though.... Joe Gibbs, Furniture Row, maybe the Burger King team.... but nothing could come to fruition.

Things for Kurt Busch must not be going very well..... He threw out the first pitch @ PNC Park, Pittsburgh, Pa before tonights Pirate baseball game..........

Now that I think about it, all the 'roid rage in baseball should suit him well!

Here is a flashback photo for you guys today.... Richard Petty in a 1969 Torino "Cobra" at Riverside in 1969.




They used a Ranchero bumper because the Ranchero had turn signal slots in the front bumper... those slots were used for brake cooling.

I guess they might eb scared since Petty was running his first race in a Ford that he might forget what kind of car it was, so they put that "FORD" logo on the back window so he knew what he was driivng.


And I also like those original "soft" walls. Dan Gurney backed his car up on top of one of those things, momentum carried it back off a few seconds later, then his car landed and he took off.... went into the pits to get the car inspected, and kept racing.

Have u noticed that Ram still has tge old 08 style truck in the truck series
