Hey 'Space. NASCAR.com certainly is talking a lot about Joey Logano.

The thing is, it seems like the driver they crack up every week collapses. They were talking about how Trevor Bayne would be so happy to be coming back to Daytona... well, he lasted all of 10 laps? They talked up Juan Montoya going into Sonoma... he fell on his face pretty well. Michigan talked up the Ford's, yet the Toyota's did really well.... so I'm calling a jinx on Logano.

It's kind of like for years and years, the player on the EA Games cover for Madden NFL had a bad season. The drivers on teh cover of the NASCAR game had a lot of lackluster years when featured. I'm going for guys that aren't being talked about... they're talkign about Edwards having two bad runs in a row (I would love to be so good that a 3rd place 2 races ago was a bad run)

I'm not sure I'd say Peblo fell on his face. More like he spent the last part of the race dumping everyone until Keselowski got a hold of him and dumped Peblo on his face. And Peblo really had it coming. It doesn't really take a great racer to do that and I know Keselowski isn't exactly popular with quite a few, but he always seems to impress me at opportune times and that was one of them

Hi `Duane, Brent & MCF NASCAR Member's,
Again, I don't know who to pick for this Race, but I will post my guesses b-4 the start of the Race...
"Tony, said it Bumpy" ~> Kyle slides

Stewart calls it "really bumpy"

Kyle Busch's M&M's Toyota takes a slide near turn four during a practice session for NASCAR Sprint Cup Thursday afternoon at Kentucky Speedway. He blames MCF Historian: CowBoy `Duane for shooting his tires, but
I think it was `Brent

Nahhhh.... I'm smart enough to wait until the race starts. I think Brent and his wife have already started pounding back the buds. A guy in a whisky river hat was spotted just off turn 4 to my understanding.

To everyone interested... .I'm running out of gas for these poll questions. Please post up some suggestions for next weeks poll at Loudon!

Oh... here a little known fact about me. Something I do for fun! On raceday, whether its a day or night race, I do not allow myself any beer until the race begins. And the tradition is to crack one the exact moment the green flag drops and I have to pound it before the first lap is complete! Just part of my racing game. Of course, some tracks have a faster first lap then others, but I always get 'er done! I should video and post these festivities sometime. My wife also sort of participates, but she's been known to cheat (pre-race drinking) and almost never completes her beer before the first lap is done.

That sure was a boring Nationwide race last night... 50 laps of the whole field in "fuel conservation mode". I hate this track already. There was no qualifying, so I don't know who to pick. But I do fear Junior may be backsliding into a slump again...
