LOL! Just joking. I hope your wrong about Menard. He's a good interview and a good kid. (on camera anyway) I hope he does well. Stewarts my guy anyway, so what Menard does meens little to me. As long as he and everybody else is behind the 14.

segment 2 and overall are mine for the taking... second place is the first loser and that won't be me...............
just feeling a little badazz here, watching rocky vs tomny gun? or whoever it is? We'll settle this on the track......

Junior Car was the man who tore up the 1.5 milers earlier in the season, and he has more wins than any other member. zJerry has the momentum... a few races ago, he didn't even look like a contendor for a segment win... now he is 8 points out and has won 2 of the last 4 races. Chris has been sneaking in there and is all of a sudden 4 points out. lougreen03 is hanging in there, and won the All-Star race. 77GP has been near the top for awhile, he and Brent swapped the segment lead several times over the last several weeks.
Come to think of it, I'm more interested in seeing who wins the Segment 2 MCF Fantasy League than I am the race.
If it matters to anyone, Joey Logano has literally perfect Nationwide stats at Kentucky... 3 poles, 3 wins. But, he has admitted that the step from Nationwide to Cup was the biggest leap of his life... he's had a few good runs in the last few weeks, and if he will win anywhere this year, it will be Kentucky I think.

Okay, I need to put on my officiating hat for a minute.... okay, there we go.
There is the somewhat likely event of a tie between 2 members of the top 5.... so in the event that there is a tie for the segment, the winner will be determined in this manner:
The tie will be broken by wins in SEGMENT 2 alone. If the members involved in the tie should have the same number of wins, then it will come down to 2nd or 3rd place finishes... I believe these stats will help us break all ties.
77GP: 3 2nd place finishes
zJerry: 2 wins, 1 2nd place, 1 3rd place finishes
Junior Car: 2 wins
montecarlo3831: 1 win, 1 2nd place finishes
lougreen03: 1 win, 2 3rd place finishes
And of course, we will have to factor in who wins, who gets 2nd, 3rd, whatever this week as well.
If that's clear to you, no need to read the next paragraph....
For example, if Jerry, 77GP, is to tie anyone listed, he loses since he has no wins. zJerry or Brent (JuniorCaR) beat Chris (montecarlo3831) or Lou (Lougreen) because they have 2 wins to the others one. If zJerry and JuniorCar tie, or motne carlo3831 and lougreen tie, it comes down to the second place finishes. In that case, zJerry beats Brent, and Chris beats Lou.
hopefully that doesn't make things more confusing than they already are... but in teh event of a tie, that's how we will determine our segment winners.
The only reason I really went through the trouble is so that if there is a tie I won't have to figure it all out Saturday night, and hopefully you guys can't accuse me of making ex post facto laws like NASCAR does. (See Steve Letarte/Chad Knaus, Sonoma, 2007)

This will be settled on the track and maybe I will ask Hunter for his help this week. He would be tearing us up had he started earlier. he came in 2nd last week and won the week before that. Also he picked 1-2-3 the week before but he wasnt in yet. he may be the one to watch come segment 3.

Anywho, since most of you running for the Segment are doing the logos in your signature... you will probably need somethign to indicate a segment win. There isn't exactly a logo that you can lay your hands on.... so here is your coveted prize!!!
