That ended up the ... worst... loss ... ever....

I can't believe it was McMurray who got to Junior to wreck him and Jimmie who had totally salvaged that! Jimmie was totally awesome racing accross the grass is reverse to grab what he could! But this is very conflicting for me...

But I am thrilled to see David Ragan finally get one. Daytona aside, he should have won Charlotte (Harvick's win was not legal). This is likely the pintacle of David Ragan's career!

 

Looks like my pick's got 6th,7th,11th , Maybe it will get me some pionts..

Commentators said it: Best save of the year - Jeff Gordon finishes 6th. That's nuts! When Kahne got into him, he started the G-W-C finish melee when he spun! In post race interview he creditted Pyle Buschit for finding the holes he needed - Gordon just pushed him through. Pyle had a comeback of his own, but none of them wouldn't have seen those great finishes if McMurray hadn't wrecked everyone before the line. Its hard to stay mad at him tho. I see the difference in a guy trying to find a hole and going for a win between a guy wrecking the guy in front of him to get the spot. McMurray was being bold and brave... and a little stupid. But he wasn't malicious or selfish. Just competing

I have to give McMurray credit for having the courage to go through that with Peblo. They even showed it on TV - he was getting pissed at Peblo for hitting the back of him so much but failing to actually stick with him in tandem drafting. Peblo finished ahead of him, but only because Peblo was unable to hang with McMurray when he was going for it.

I was pissy at first, but McMurray deserve compliments for saying never die there.

I' m looking at the actual points and it appears that with that win David Ragan is now actually in The Chase with his one win. It's amazing how one race could change the whole landscape...
