Bad call for sure. Good race tho. Reminds me of when Regan Smith beat Tony Stewart. It should be obvious that you can't black flag a guy at the line and give the win to the second place guy. Do they want them to race or not?

They ended up giving Rudd a 5 second penalty and gave him 2nd I believe. I met that crew chief, Waddell Wilson, back in September. I should have asked him about this. hehe.
