1. DESCRIPTION : The “FOX Sports’ Daytona Pick 10” ("Challenge") is an online professional stock car racing winner prediction challenge based on the result of the DAYTONA 500® (the “Race”), currently scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Daytona International Speedway. The Challenge sponsor is Fox Sports Interactive Media, LLC (“Sponsor”). The Contest Administrator is Creative Zing Promotion Group (“Administrator”). The Sponsor and Administrator will be referred to herein as the “Challenge Entities”. The National Association for Stock Car` Auto Racing, Inc., (NASCAR), and Daytona International Speedway, LLC are not sponsors of this promotion and are not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of submissions, the administration of the Challenge, the selection of the winners or the fulfillment of the prizes. THIS CONTEST IS DEVISED AS A NON-GAMBLING PROMOTION and is intended solely for entertainment purposes.
“Entrants” (as defined below) will be asked to use their knowledge of NASCAR® racing to predict the top ten (10) finishers of the Race in the order in which the Race drivers will place at the conclusion of the Race, from first place to tenth place (the “Top 10”) (each a “ Pick” and collectively the “Prediction”) as detailed below. Entrants will be awarded points for each correct Pick in their Prediction. One (1) First Prize will be awarded to the Entrant who accumulates the most points during the Challenge, excluding any Grand Prize winner, as described below. In the event an Entrant submits a “Perfect Prediction” whereby he/she accurately predicts the Top 10 drivers in the correct order at the conclusion of the Race (as such order is determined by the sanctioning body of the Race), he/she may be eligible to win the Grand Prize. A maximum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand (150,000) individual Entrants will be eligible to register for and participate in the Challenge; participation is first come, first serve and registration will close on February 21, 2016 at 12:55 p.m. ET or if/when the maximum number of Entrants register. Each Entrant may submit a maximum of one (1) Challenge entry (150,000 total Challenge entries across all Entrants). Limit one (1) entry per person. If an Entrant exceeds the entry limitations; the Entrant will be disqualified and no prizes will be awarded.
Entrants must register and submit their Prediction between Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and five (5) minutes prior to the green flag start for the Race on February 21, 2016 (the “Lock Time”), tentatively scheduled to commence at 1:00 p.m. ET (the “Selection Period”) or if/when the maximum number of Entrants register, whichever occurs first. In the event the maximum number of registered Entrants is met, registered Entrants will be able to change their Prediction up until the Lock Time.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Challenge is open only to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C., who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their state of primary residence at time of entry (“Entrant”). Each Entrant must be the rightful owner of the e-mail address identified in the Entrant's entry at the time of registration. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed the person in whose name the email account was opened. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Challenge Entities, STATS Inc., NASCAR, Daytona International Speedway, LLC and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and promotion and advertising agencies, together with the Immediate Family Members and/or Household Members of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Challenge. Challenge void where prohibited. For purposes of the Challenge, "Household Members“ shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year and " Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
3. HOW TO REGISTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE: To participate in the Challenge, you must have a FoxSports.com account (“Account”). If you already have an Account, go tohttp://msn.foxsports.com/fantasy/pick10/daytona/ (the “Website”) during the Selection Period, log into your account, and follow the instructions to register for the Challenge. If you do not already have an Account, go to the Website during the Selection Period and complete the online registration with an email address and ZIP code to create an Account. You must also select a user name and password. Once registered, Entrants must then make their Prediction, according to the instructions as detailed on the Website. After completing the Prediction, Entrants must click the “Submit” button on the form to register the Prediction. If Entrant does not submit a Prediction, according to the instructions, the Prediction will not be valid. If Entrant wishes to make changes to his or her Prediction, Entrant may go back and change his or her Picks any time prior to the Lock Time. No changes or revisions will be permitted after Lock Time, as detailed in Section One (1), except in the event the Race is postponed as follows:
· Race is postponed to a future day, Predictions will remain open up until five (5) minutes prior to the announced, updated start time (Start time will be posted on the Website); OR
· Race is postponed, prior to the Lock Time, to a time later on the same day, Prediction will be open up until five (5) minutes prior to the announced, updated start time (Start time will be posted on the Website).
Should the race be postponed following the Lock Time, or at a time that does not allow for Predictions to be unlocked, Predictions made prior to the original Lock Time will be used for all Entrants. Incomplete or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by Entrant becomes the property of Challenge Entities. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
4. SCORING: Entrants will earn points based on each correct Pick in their Prediction. The number of points awarded for each correct Pick will decrease, starting from first place and ending with tenth place, for each place in the Top 10. A maximum of fifty five (55) points can be earned if all drivers Top 10 placement is predicted correctly. Challenge points will be awarded for each correct Picks as follows:

At the conclusion of the Race, Entrants scores will be calculated and prizes will be awarded to the top scoring Entrants as described below. In the event of a tie for a Perfect Prediction, there will be no tie-breaker (each tied Entrant will receive an equal portion of the Grand Prize). In the event of a tie, excluding a Perfect Prediction, ties will be broken in the following order:
· Tie-breaker #1 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 1st place
· Tie-breaker #2 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 2nd place
· Tie-breaker #3 - Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 3rd place
· Tie-breaker #4 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 4th place
· Tie-breaker #5 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 5th place
· Tie-breaker #6 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 6th place
· Tie-breaker #7 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 7th place
· Tie-breaker #8 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 8th place
· Tie-breaker #9 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 9th place
· Tie-breaker #10 – Correct prediction of the driver to finish in 10th place
· Tie-breaker #11 – Earliest date/time of Prediction submission

5. PRIZES:
Grand Prize -
Perfect Prediction ONLY
The Grand Prize will only be awarded in the event that an Entrant submits a Perfect Prediction. If no Entrant submits a Perfect Prediction the Grand Prize will not be awarded. If more than one (1) Entrant submits a Perfect Prediction, the Grand Prize will be divided evenly between the respective Entrants. One (1) Grand Prize is available consisting of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00)*. Grand Prize will be awarded as an annuity payable at Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) per year for forty (40) years.

Highest Point Total
The one (1) Entrant with the highest point total at the end of the Challenge who has not submitted a Perfect Prediction shall receive the First Prize. The First Prize winner will receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) awarded in the form of a check.
