I was not aware of the tie breaker vote. When did we start this?

A few months ago, we all decided that we needed to have a way to break ties, we discussed it for a long while in the staff blog, and made an announcement on here. It's also been in the rules since.

We want everyone to have their own month in the calendar :thumbsup:
