Threaded port again

Default Threaded port again

Hi again, I found the lower block coolant drain but the port I questioning is higher up. I put headers on the car but now there is very little room for oil pressure unit, could this port be used? I’ve included pics. Thanks again.

That's for the clutch pivot ball.

Hey, found the answer from Elcam. Those are not ports they are stud holes for a clutch linkage. But my dilemma now is with the headers I installed there’s no room for the oil pressure sending unit. I also have an aftermarket intake so there’s oil port near the distributor either. Any ideas?! Thanks again.

The standard oil pressure gauge port is adjacent to the distributor:



If your aftermarket intake covers that, it was poorly designed – kinda makes one question the quality of the intake as a whole.

An option is a port at the front of the engine:
