HI guys,
hopefully I gave come to the right place.
i have replaced my starter and it is now constantly running. I can't seem to figure out what is going on.
i have change the relay with the rear defroster one with no change.
the only thing that I have found so far that does make sense ( and maybe this is where the problem is) I tried pulling the ignition fuse while the car was running and the car stopped running which maybe normal I don't know? When I was puttting the fuse back in the key was still in the run position and I could hear the actuator activating as I was doing this.

So my question is,
is this a grounding issue
igntion swith issues
short somewhere
or something completely different
any help would be greatly appreciated.
