I have a question would like to put 12 inch rotors on the rear is there a certian ones to get and do you have to change the caliptors also?

They are going on a 2001 monte SS 3.8

Thank you

It's a conversion from a Pontiac GTP I believe. It'll take the whole assembly. IMO, it's not worth the effort, and unless you change the master cylinder and proportioning valve with it, it'll throw out the balance of the braking system. Probably even more complicated than that with the ABS.

It can easily be done, just not worth it to me. Stick with the F body conversion up front.

I thought it was a Grand Am that you stole the replacement from

Haven't done enough research on the topic. ZZP might know

Hey rocknss of you have personal experience to back up the claims of throwing off the braking balance? I know people who have done this and in my research have not come across people mentioning these problems, I'm just curious wondering because this is a plan of mine to do and I'd hate to throw away more money when I shouldn't do it
