Seen these a lot.You'll either have to unscrew them with a big phillips or torex looks like a philips .or you can drill them out you don't need to reuse them.most of the ones i delt with i ended up drilling them out.

So like use a center bit to drill it out? I tried to drill it out and the phillips head pattern is shave off completely leaving a groove. I youtubed it and it sais use a Centerbit to drill inward and then drill the screw out.

Drill the head off to remove rotor, the screw is to hold rotor on the factory line..
You don't need the screw..Just install rotors with out the screw..
