Reverse Lights Won't Turn Off

I've got an 03 monte and the reverse lights wont turn off even after I turn the car off. I've got the fuse pulled out so that they don't run the battery out but now I don't have backup lights when I need them. Any solutions??

have you tried a new fuse yet? im sure someone on here knows!
