I have acquired a 1997 Z34. Set out to do a tune up. And have found that the plugs are under the intake. What to do?

I did a search of my manuals for you and I found nothing to share. I also did a search on the youtube to see what they may have and found nothing for the 3.4 DOHC. I do have another book that may help but I need to find the thing I will keep searching in the meantime there could be someone here yet that has this information. I am thinking that Sidestreet has the same engine in his 95 Brickyard Monte Carlo and may have preformed this task.

I have never worked on an LQ1 (3.4 DOHC) engine. But, it looks like the upper intake does need to come off. Attached is some GM Shop Manual data.
