most of the time those are a press on press off deal.
you can sometimes get them off with a 3 arm puller but then ya risk beniding it better off t take it to a shop with a press and pas the 5.00 to have them pull it off one and put it on the new one.

It is pressed on and you need a special power steering puller.If you have an Auto Zone parts store nearby, they will rent you a puller to use. They give you ALL your money back when you return the puller. Good luck.
